This incredibly thoughtful, well-researched and thoroughly resourced program seamlessly blended weekly, self-paced learning modules and exercises with a highly interactive and intimate, weekly, virtual seminar forum. The self-paced material consisted of both reading and video resources that guided me through an extensive and inter-locking series of concepts re: the foundations of change, our ability and tools needed to better facilitate change for ourselves and others and why some of us cannot or won't embrace change.
The virtual seminars were adeptly facilitated by Reut and were largely driven by our reflections and questions from our self-study. These sessions were incredibly helpful in clarifying concepts, revealing new learnings and uncovering biases and misconceptions, all the while interacting with a wonderful community of fellow coaches and leadership development professionals.
Reut has the ability to create a wonderful learning forum that challenges, supports, cajoles and ultimately cares for and tends to the community and the concepts. She is the heart and soul of this program; her energy, perspective and depth of conceptual and practical knowledge is phenomenal.
