Compassion and change
We really should do a group discussion about compassion from a Neuroscience perspective one of these days... I say this because, the parts of the brain that are activated when we "apply" compassion (to others and to ourselves) counteract the activation of the parts of the brain that block growth and change. From a neuroscience perspective, compassion is in many ways a great antidote to many of the things that make change so difficult. Check out this great article that defines compassion from a Neuroscience perspective: #Neuroscience #coaching #DifficultChange #ChangeManagement
