Consciousness and Change Facilitation

A lot of research out there lately about consciousness:

- What is this complex term in the context of how the brain works?

- What kinds of consciousness are there?

- What reduces or enhances the activation of one state of consciousness or another?

Although the whole territory is important for us as change facilitators (for example, while certain types of consciousness, related to specific brain frequencies result in change adoption, others result in knowledge acquisition...so it's kind of important our clients are in the right brain frequencies if we want change to be adopted), more and more research is focusing on the resonance between brains, which is really exciting!
